  • Sheikh Suleman Ghani

    Shaykh Sulaiman Ghani completed his Hifz whilst he was young and pursued his Islamic Studies in Pakistan. Having studied there for a period of 3 years, he was accepted at Al Azhar University in Egypt where he studied for 2 years. He later pursued his studies at Madinah University for an additional 4 years, graduating from the faculty of Hadith. Shaykh Sulaiman completed an MA in Islamic Studies from SOAS University, London. Shaykh Sulaiman is a public speaker, Imam at Tooting Islamic Centre and the Principle of Balham Madrasah. He also appears on Islam Channel and teaches Islamic studies, Hifdh and Arabic classes at Tooting Islamic Centre.

  • Shaykh Ahmad Ali

    Shaykh Ahmad Ali emigrated from Pakistan to the United Kingdom at an early age. After completing his secular studies, he enrolled at Darul Uloom Al-Arabiya Al-Islamiya, a madrasa located in Northern England. There, he successfully completed the traditional Islamic studies course under the guidance of some of the best scholars in England. Shaykh Ahmad Ali focused his attention on the sciences of aqidah, fiqh, hadith and tafseer. After graduating, Shaykh Ahmad Ali established the al-Mahad Al-Islami in Bradford, England. This institution provides Islamic counseling, education and guidance to youth and university-age students in the area. Shaykh Ahmad Ali has also authored a number of books, given lectures at numerous institutions, including a special series on the signs of the Day of Judgment. Popular for his dynamic style of speaking, Shaykh Ahmad Ali has traveled across the United Kingdom and to the West Indies to spread the message of Islam.

  • Shaykh Mujahid Ali

    Shaykh Mujahid Ali came to England at a young age and was brought up in the North of England. During his teens he started his Islamic studies at the Institute of Islamic Education in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire where he studied the Islamic sciences according to the Dars Nizami curriculum. In 2002 he completed his hadith studies under Shaykhul Hadith Mufti Muslihuddin, Shaykh Yusuf Darwan, Shaykh Mufti Musa Badat and Shaykh Abul Qasim, from whom he received ijazah. He then travelled to Syria for further studies in Hadith under several mashayikh (scholars) such as Shaykh Mohammad Asa'd Saeed As-Sagarji Ad- Dimashqi, and also studied advanced Arabic at Ma'had al-Lugah a branch of Damascus University.

  • Sheikh Tijani

    I have served in many capacity as an Imam both in the Uk and abroad, worked as a teacher in different parts of the world to include Saudi Arabia where I did my under graduate studies and Senegal where I spent a little bit of time. I have taken part in radio and television discussions both in the UK and Sierra Leone. Worked with the British Satellite News(BSN) on their project titled British Innovation. Delivered a programe designed to combat religious descrimination and intolerance in many schools in East London ( Hackney, Bethnal Green, Enfields) together with tolerance International UK. Currently working voluntarily with the East London faith forum. I have been invited to speak in many public circles such as the Holocaust Memorial, weddings, school seminars and many more.Enjoyed seven expriences in guiding pilgrims during hajj in Mecca and Medina Saudi Arabia. Speaks English and Arabic fluently. Experienced in counselling people that are in a state of depression. My goals in life is to do my best to contribute to the development of my community.

  • Shaykh Shafi Chowdhury

    Shaykh Shafi Chowdhury graduated from one of the oldest Islamic seminaries in the UK where he studied Islamic sciences with isnad (unbroken chains of transmission to classical masters) in the fields of Qur'anic recitations and exegesis, Hadith studies and narration of the Six Canonical texts, Fiqh (Jurisprudence), `Aqidah (Doctrine), and Arabic Language. After graduating he embarked on a year-long tour of South Asia, the Middle East, and Western Europe , where he was engaged extensively in Da'wah work within a wide range of Muslim communities. He has been involved in extensive community work and teaching maintaining an open minded approach and building bridges between communities. He is an easy to approach scholar that works at grassroots level. Shaykh Shafi has been the chief editor of an Islamic publishing house, Fisabilillah Publications; lecturer of various Islamic and Arabic disciplines at Ebrahim College , a leading Muslim college in London . Furthermore he is currently a Muslim Chaplain in the Prison Service and consultant to NOMS (National Offender Management Service) on developing programmes for Islamic spiritual learning. Shaykh Shafi is a lecturer at the Islamic College of England (ICE). Shaykh Shafi has participated in national conferences, radio shows, university speaker tours..

    Dr. Khalid Khan is a prominent scholar, well known for his Q&A sessions on Islam Channel. He has studied extensively in the fields of Fiqh and Aqeedah.

Q1.How much Deposit is needed to book?

A: £1000 per person( Non-Refundable) 30% after 15th of June

Q2.What is the closing date for Hajj Booking?

A: 30th July 2013. Subject to Availability

Q3.When is the full payment due?

A: 05th August 2013

Q4.Will all single woman need a mahram?

A: Yes, unless the she is over the age of 45 and accompanied by another sister

Q5.What is the luggage allowance?

A: 30 KG per person + 10L Zam Zam Water

Q6.After Booking my place, what documents do I need to provide?

A: Passport ( valid for at least 6 months), 4 Passports Photos, Completed Visa form and a copy of your Vaccination Certificate ( ACWY meningitis). Please keep the original copy.

Q7.Which Airline do you use?

A: Chartered Flight

Q8.What is the distance between the hotels and The Holy Sanctuaries?

A: All of our hotels are very close to Holy Mosques.

Q9.Can we book a VIP tent?

A: There are no VIP tents available for UK or European Pilgrims. Some groups book 'private' tents which is close to Jamarat. Our aim is to keep all of our pilgrims together during the journey, we aim to offer access to Dr Khalid's lectures particularly in Mina.

Q10.Can I change Flight details?

A: The flight details are non-changeable

Q11.What happens to our suit cases during Hajj days?

A: During hajj days, your belongings will be stored in a safe and secure storage.

Q12. Will I access to our hotels during Mina?

A: The group will have access to our building in Aziziyah.

Q13. What is the segregation procedure in Mina?

A: Men and Women stay in separate tents in Mina.

Q14. Can I contact my Wife in Mina?

A: Yes, but you cannot enter the women's Tent.

Q15.In Aziziyah, how many people do I share the room with?

A: Maximum 4. Segregation is observed. At an additional cost, you can book twin sharing.

Q16. Do you have a medical Doctor?

A: Yes, a medical doctor will be with us to provide advice and prescribe medicine. Most of the medicines are available from the local pharmacy.

Q17.How many guides and assistant accompany the Group?

A: We have 10 expertly trained guides; in addition we have a team in Saudi Arabia who will facilitate our Hajj journey.

Q18. Will there be lectures and religious talks during the hajj?

A: Yes, our scholar Dr Khalid Khan will dedicate most of his time delivering inspiring sermons and lectures. In addition, you can approach him for a Q&A.
