We make every effort to operate trips as booked, but circumstances beyond our control may require changes. Minor changes (flight times, airlines, or hotels of a similar standard) may occur. Significant changes will give you the choice of:
You are responsible for holding a valid passport (minimum six months’ validity) and obtaining necessary visas. We can assist but cannot be held responsible for delays or refusals by authorities. Ensure compliance with vaccination and health requirements for your destination.
Adequate travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, personal liability, and repatriation is mandatory. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to departure.
All passengers must behave respectfully and in accordance with Islamic principles and host country laws. We reserve the right to terminate travel arrangements without refund if behaviour is inappropriate.
We accept responsibility for proper performance of services included in your holiday as per the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from third-party acts, unforeseeable events (e.g. natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations), or your failure to comply with local laws. Our liability shall not exceed the total cost of your booking.
Flight timings and carriers are subject to change. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations by airlines. All flight-inclusive packages are ATOL protected (ATOL 9382).
Accommodation will be provided as described in your itinerary. Standards may differ from the UK. Room allocations and proximity to landmarks (e.g. Haram) cannot be guaranteed.
All Hajj and Umrah services are governed by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (Saudi Arabia) and the Nusuk system. You are responsible for registration and visa compliance. Itineraries may change due to government allocation, flight schedules, or crowd management.
If you experience issues during your trip, notify our representative or supplier immediately. If unresolved, submit your complaint in writing within 28 days of returning to the UK.
We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. Your data will only be used for processing travel arrangements and fulfilling legal requirements.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
