When is Hajj 2027?
Hajj takes place during Dhul Hijjah in the Islamic calendar. In 2027 this corresponds to 1448 AH. Gregorian dates are estimates until confirmed by the relevant Saudi authorities and may vary with the lunar calendar.
The key Hajj days
The main rites are observed from 8 to 13 Dhul Hijjah, including the Day of Arafah on 9 Dhul Hijjah and Eid al-Adha on 10 Dhul Hijjah. Your full trip may be longer to allow time in Makkah and Madinah.
Planning annual leave from the UK
Allow flexibility around provisional dates, flight schedules and package itineraries. Check the final confirmed programme before booking annual leave or other non-refundable arrangements.
Where to confirm dates
Follow official Saudi announcements and your confirmed package itinerary. This page is a planning guide, not a declaration of official travel or pilgrimage dates.
