Nusuk Hajj is the official digital platform overseen by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia, aimed at facilitating the process of performing Hajj for applicants from serviced countries. The platform offers a variety of Hajj packages that pilgrims can choose from, book and pay for directly through a secure and integrated digital experience.
It is a program launched by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to serve pilgrims from countries with Muslim minorities that do not have official missions to manage pilgrims' affairs. The ministry oversees all aspects of the Hajj journey — qualifying companies, creating packages, monitoring service quality and ensuring price suitability. Pilgrims can book packages directly through the platform without needing any external intermediaries.
Registering on the platform does not mean you will be accepted for Hajj. Packages and payment become available at a later time. We recommend subscribing to updates and joining our priority list to follow the opening dates for reservations.

Non-Shifting packages provide a single accommodation in Makkah both before and after the Hajj period. Shifting packages provide accommodation close to the Sacred Mashair sites during Hajj, plus a second accommodation near Al-Masjid Al-Haram in Makkah before or after. Package durations vary accordingly — a minimum of 10 days for Non-Shifting and 14 days for Shifting.
